I'm writing to say I am very pleased with my certified Honda CR-V from Lodi Honda. I actually went the seventy miles to Lodi to look at a 99 Ford Explorer they had. Dennis the sales manager even let me drive it home for a day. But I did some research on it and found that they had a poor track record, so I brought it back the next day, told him what I found and declined. He said he was sorry...and that was that. No hard sale, no "used car salesman don't let'em out the door attitude". I asked Dennis if he had a used CR-V in my price range and certified. He said not at the moment but he would find me one if I gave him a week or two. Well it took about two and a half weeks but he found one in beautiful condition. I've had it just over three weeks. I've taken it to Tahoe and Vegas already and I love it. I also see CR-V's everywhere and none in the paper for sale so I know everyone else loves theirs too.

First, I want to thank you for your kindness in extending a set of floor mats for my Si. Even more than that, I want to express thanks to your Internet fleet sales manager, Terry Mills, for a great stress-free car purchase experience. Of all the sales people I have worked with in the past, Terry is by far the most friendly. I would have probably decided to buy another car, like the VW GTI or get a pre-owned car from a friend, if it was not for Terry working with me and helping me to make the decision to buy the Si from Lodi Honda an easy one. Aside from the price of the vehicle, I sincerely believe that Terry is a great sales person. I say this becuase of a number of impressive characteristics that he has. Terry is trustworthy; I did not hesitate to make the long trip from Roseville to Lodi knowing that I will be working with someone I can trust. Terry is very willing and helpful and even sacrificial; he personally drove my car around the block to ensure the car is in perfect condition before he handed it off to me; this takes commitment to the customer. Terry even went ahead and tried to clean the water spots off of my windshield and around the rest of the car! Terry did over and above what he was required to do; he is definitely committed to excellence, a very valuable asset to any dealership's workforce and revenue center. I will surely give Terry all 5's on his survey. Thank you for the one and only pleasant dealership experience. When anyone asks me where they should go to buy a Honda, I will undoubtedly tell them to speak with Terry at Lodi Honda because it's only there that you cannot get a lying sales person trying to take advantage of customers.
