It has always been great being able to squeeze in maintenance during the weekend. Also, Lodi Honda makes things truly less stressful for working customers like me. It was so kind of Juan to meet me at the door and chatted with me briefly to check if my car showed again the issue I experienced last year. Lodi Honda genuinely cares.

This review is about the service department at Lodi Honda. Every time I make an appointment to have my car serviced, the customer service is top tier and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. This past weekend, I was having trouble with the low tire pressure light, and called to see if I could bring my car in to have it looked at. I had the most amazing experience with Juan, who encouraged me to bring my car in to have my tires looked at. Even with no appointment, I was able to be seen as soon as we arrived. I ended up having to bring the car back later that day as I had another engagement to attend, and was a little late getting back to the dealership. Juan was extremely understanding and kind about it, and after having the mechanics look at all my tires, they found that everything looked good and I wasn’t charged. I truly appreciate the customer care from Juan, and everyone at Lodi Honda every time I bring my car in. Best dealership/service center I’ve been to!

Fantastic service as usual, car was diagnosed and the problem was fixed in the same day. Replacing an AC condenser is a very involved repair and was stoked at the speedy turnaround time. Props to the techs and the service advisors were great as usual, friendly and approachable
